What were the Unreal Moments Event rewards supposed to be?

I got 2nd, only option was an Unreal Moments coin pack. It gave 2,500 coins. That’s it? 19,000 coins + the equivalent of a daily coin pack?

There are people who got 4th posting videos of them getting Champ packs so I just want to understand if it was bugged or intentionally designed to spit in the face of players.
