Why am I not getting the packs I’m grinding for?

I’ve waited days now after claiming all my things right after the twitch stream and still have yet to get the Waller or my drop packs aswell as I’m not receiving my packs from the epic challenges. I’m trying to give like time assuming restarting the game will help but still nothing has showed and it has been days for Waller and a week for the epic challenges.
