Win Counter in "The Run" reset to 0/5 and no rewards

Yesterday I won my 5th game on level 2 in The Run but did not receive any rewards. The counter "completion" showing the number of wins (and the necessary wins (5) for the next step) was reset to 0/5 but the results of my 5 wins are still shown below.

Today I tried to play another game. The result is now shown as game 7 (game 6 is empty showing "---" where the opponent should be; the "current record is 6-0) and the "completion counter" shows 1/5.  

I got the rewards for Level 1 but Level 2 seems to be broken ...
