Wrongful ban

Sold off my Xmas players. Banned from the auction house. I don't buy from 3rd party.. I've spent over $150 on the game, which took 2million coins from me. This is wrong.

No token for 10 wins in h2h event
H2h event only rewarded snow and no token. This is the first time that I have reached ten wins. Has anyone had this issue ? And is there a fix?
