X Factor Issue

Having an issue where I can’t have 3 X factors on defense. For some reason I get this error code when I try to add my third x factor player ( it doesn’t cost any additional ap) I tried multiple variations and for some reason it registers me as having three x factor player when I only have two. Is this happening to anyone else or is there something I’m doing wrong?
