ZC THE SEASON OF TAKING - EVENT BUG

So I was playing my 3rd tier event in Madden 26 and got to 8-0 and then the games just stopped tracking and I won 5-6 in a row when I only needed 10 so I’m missing about 50000 snow and my event token. They can’t track my wins but make sure my losses are always track, you genuinely just can’t make it up man.
