Zero Chill Event/Zero Chill Season Pass problems

I see a lot of people are having a similar problem, I got my 10 wins and got rewarded absolutely nothing in the end. On top of it with Christmas coming up, I bought the zero chill Season Pass and I am getting 0 XP towards the pass no matter what game mode I play. Anyone have a fix yet? Ea support has just told me essentially nothing.
