Zero chill H2H event

I went 10-0 in the event yesterday. Received my snow but didn’t receive my event tokens. Anyone else have this problem? Ea support just said they would pass it along

I went 10-0 yesterday in the h2h event and only received my snow, no event token
I have opened 3 cases and they were all closed. what can I do about getting my token? This is the only time I’ve ever gone 10-0 and of course I get nothing as a reward and nobody can help me
