Custom playbooks don't work.

I have been playing for decades. I love to create my own playbook in franchise and use it for the entire season to see how well I can do with it.

I cannot order the playbook the way I want, like specialty, then goal line, then mostly running (like I, strong I), then less backs and more receivers like single back, pistol, and shotgun. I set up the custom plays, give all my favorites, when to use them (first vs. 4th down, etc.). 

It's all for naughty, however, because even though I have set my franchise to go with my preferred playbook and coin toss settings, and then double check that they are set in advanced settings before the game, I don't get my playbook. I was also told to clear the playsheets -- which shouldn't be necessary, but ok, I did. It worked for the first game, but not after.

I have been complaining about this for over a month. First I was able to communicate with help, but no more. They even closed my case and said, "no fix available".

As I said, I've been playing this for decades. I think this is the last year.
