Franchise Advance Bug

Per usual, ea can’t get right. I try to have faith every year I even pre ordered this year(really regretting it). I only buy Madden to play franchise, I do not participate in any other modes. I created my own franchise this year and filled it pretty fast. Just for all that hard work to be ruined by an ea bug. My franchise got error coded when simming from week 1 to week 2, as I try to go back on the game, the screen loads, then crashes. Over and over and over again. No one in the league can access the league. I know you all don’t prioritize franchise hardly ever because it doesn’t grab any extra money for you all, but this fix is one that needs immediate attention. Please help. I’m starting to get pressure to just reset the league but I don’t want to. I also don’t want to lose the members I’ve built. No companion app doesn’t help right now either. Please fix this swiftly.
