I just read the September 16th title update patch notes and I'm not happy.

I noticed in the September 16th title update patch notes that the issue in franchise mode where CPU teams put players on IR and then they are stuck on IR all season. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't understand why there is a limit in madden to how much players can come off IR in a season, the CPU can't work with it properly and it hasn't for years. Please just let us put as many players on IR and take as many players off IR as we want. It ruins the game when multiple teams have half their team stuck on IR for the season even though they are healthy.
