Add matchmaking settings

It would be great if EA added some settings to allow us to filter matchmaking in H2H. I understand that this might make the lesser played modes harder to find a game, but as a European player I would rather wait longer to connect to someone with lower latency or decide to expand matchmaking if it is taking too long.
