Are developers totally devoid of any common sense?

Why can I now not play 2v2 play now online? Why was this ever tied to superstar KO in the first place, and how hard could it be for a company with so much capital to not be able to add this mode in under a different format? Sorry, I don’t want to play MUT squads and want to casually play the game. 
 

Surely you can gimmick your way into driving micro transactions by removing offline/non MUT game modes or content. This is a 10/10 strategy executives and developers

If this is the strategy next year I will not purchase and will just tell every one of my friends to not purchase this game or CFB27. Why would I tell my friends to purchase a game that’s built to funnel you into micro transactions?

    Facts !! I’m not surprised… if they say it’s because of lack of player engagement… CAP, we know what it is.. and there better be some kind of co-op h2h mode or exhibition with friends mode like every other sports game has… I mean look what EA FC 27 just put in/ Grounds? You Can play with friends in grounds or in pro clubs or just in regular play now, we can’t play with friends at all on this game smh insane !!!
