Franchise mode

Hey I’m a big Franchise mode guy next year I highly suggest fixing negotiations. For some reason a low free agent will reject a deal with a high rated team in the NFL this is highly unlikely. Rather this should be implemented only for highly ranked players who have leverage. No overall 60 rejecting a contract.

along with that forcing my speech to give someone a contract is definitely frustrating. Nice go though cool idea keep up the good work like this years game though!!!
