Every time I launch the game it says I need to resub to EA Play to continue my EA Play trial... even though the game is supposed to be free for everyone this weekend. Need this to get fixed.
Found an EA support agent that cleared the trial from my account, then I had to reinstall again, deleted local files... and finally got in.

Yeah i played the trial for 3 hours before cancelling ea play.

Okay, so can you uninstall everything Madden-related, go back into the store, and reinstall the free play days for me?
Also, can you go into Manage games and apps, then delete the reserved space and profile settings before you log in to the trial?

Same thing is happening to me where I could play the trial because I "don't have the right console" when I have a Xbox s and now I can't download the free play days madden
