EA servers is terrible.
I’m already so fed up with Madden 27—to the point where I’m on the verge of deleting the game. I’ve also decided I won’t be supporting next year’s Madden. It’s nothing but server errors and "no internet connection" messages, even though all my other online games work perfectly fine on my network. I’ve tried clearing the cache, rebuilding the database, and so on—things that shouldn't even be necessary for a game—but nothing works. Even in Superstar mode, it’s a disaster; you encounter so many bugs just playing solo. Objectives aren't tracked correctly, and the commentators refer to the wrong position. I’m just done with it. It’s incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love both the sport and the game, but it feels like EA cares more about making money than ensuring the game actually works—unlike in the past, or the really old versions where these kinds of issues simply didn't exist. What’s most infuriating is playing a full game—four 15-minute quarters—putting up great stats, only for the game to throw a "no internet connection" or "server error" message right as the final whistle blows or the screen transitions back to the menu. I’m about to explode. I’ve completely lost any desire or joy in playing; the constant fear that it’s just going to happen again—which is almost a certainty—makes it impossible to enjoy. I am absolutely fuming over your product. Paying for early access only to find that you can’t actually play when you want to—it feels like being scammed by EA Madden. I’m tired and frustrated. Am I the only one who feels this way, or is anyone else experiencing this? Let’s get one thing straight: we are the customers, and their product stinks this year.
