Franchise Created Player Issue

I getting beyond frustrated. When are they going to fix the created player issue within franchise mode. Thankfully I did not preorder but purchased the day it was released.

This is my favorite mode to play, create a player and run a franchise… but can’t do that so my game just sits until the fix. 

Please fix. My platform is PS5.
