Get rid of the unnecessary agg catches.

It's a real problem. Receivers jumping when they don't need to way too much even when they're wide open. Doesn't matter if you change catching to aggressive or conservative, they'll jump anyway. Doesn't matter if your press the RAC catch button...they'll jump anyways. 

It's leading to too many knockouts when you don't need to jump at all.
