Hi EA need help here. I spent 134 to play madden and college. 27 and Ever since I downloaded both games I haven’t been able to play. I have paid about 200 dollars having my ps5 checked just to find out it’s the game. I ask that you please fix this fast. I know updates are important, but it’s rough out here just to waste our money. Thank you!

We have seen other reports in the community around it, and I know that the team is aware of crashing with certain things but we would need more info from you on this.
Saying it's crashing does not give us the where, when, how, error messages, steps taken, etc. In order to associate with any known issues or emerging issues, we have to have more details. I do see more threads on crashing, but unless we have specifics, it isnt something that just gets fixed if no one knows the specifics of the crashing itself.
Hi any time I load cfb or madden 27 a few seconds in the game it will freeze or sometime it throws the cE- 108255-1. I have had the PlayStation checked with Liquid Metal and I’m told it’s not the PlayStation. I have chated with EA help and did all the trouble shooting. Tried rebuilding database, clear cache, uninstall reinstall several times. Tried moving the game from console to ssd several times, tried restored license several times. Had two professionals look at it and try just to get the madden to play.. Every other game on my console play even madden 26. Thank you for reaching out to me.
I have about 70 hours of game time and havent had any problems until about 2 weeks ago or so. Now the game just constantly crashes to desktop. No error message, just poof. It seems to happen more often in MUT challenges and in MUT menus whiles claiming cards/picking players. If I sit idle on any of the menus for more than 3-5 mins the game seems to crash also. I have literally tried every fix known to man. Followed AI technical walkthrus, followed youtube vids, scoured these forums for tips/tricks to resolve the issue, scoured reddit threads offering fixes. I need to talk to a human being at EA! Someone that can take a look at my dxdiag files and start working on a fix for this!
Hi not sure if you saw my message breaking down what we tried already. I will be off for the next couple of days if we can do some troubleshooting on the game. I can’t buy the EA FC 27 until these two games are fixed.
