Madden 27 franchise crashing

Issue: Franchise crashes Madden completely when attempting to load
Our online Connected Franchise became completely inaccessible immediately after advancing the league from Week 1 to Week 2 of the regular season.
Before the advance, the franchise was working normally. After advancing to Week 2, attempting to enter this specific franchise causes Madden NFL 27 to begin loading and then completely crash/close to the Xbox dashboard.
There is no error message or error code displayed.
Most importantly, this is not isolated to my Xbox or EA account. Another member of the same online franchise has attempted to enter the league and experiences the same issue. This indicates that the problem appears to be associated with the online franchise/save itself rather than an individual console installation.
Steps that reproduce the issue:
- Launch Madden NFL 27 on Xbox Series X.
- Enter Franchise.
- Select the affected online Connected Franchise.
- Madden begins loading the franchise.
- During the loading process, Madden NFL 27 completely closes.
- Xbox returns to the dashboard.
- No error message or error code appears.
This happens consistently when attempting to access this particular franchise.
The issue began immediately after advancing from Regular Season Week 1 to Regular Season Week 2.
Multiple users are affected, so we are currently unable to continue our online league.
Please investigate the server-side franchise data and determine whether the franchise can be repaired or restored. We do not want to delete or restart the league because considerable time has already been invested into setting it up and playing the season.
I also have video/screenshots showing Madden attempting to load the franchise and then completely crashing back to the Xbox dashboard.
