Moving defensive player

EA explain this to me how is this possible when you have a DB in the gap when the offensive player is in a 3 TE set on offense and the defense is either in a dime defense or a nickel but the user on defense starts to move players around putting them out of position to stop the run but when you audible to a pass there able to move so fast to stop the pass because the trajectory of the pass is so bad in this game even if you hold the LB button to throw the ball high as soon as the WR'S jump to catch the ball the DB's with their superman speed when their no where near the WR's so their able to knock the ball out of the WR'S hands or knock the ball down because its under thrown this game can be so much better if the defense didn't have superman speed when their beat on a play and oh we need penalties to happen more on the secondary because they are getting away with double jeopardy because there isn't no pass interference called on on the defense side of the ball
