PLAYTEST/SURVEY - REWARDS MISSING

I participated in an invite "Play Test" which was just a one on one Zoom Call with, what I assume was a community manager. The person who conducted the survey was great, and she reiterated what was in the confirmation email prior to the meeting that, "Rewards should go out by no later than October 12th but Liz is trying to get them out by the weekend". Liz Bales was the point of contact for this and I sent an email yesterday and again today around 5pm CST and I've gotten no response to either. The reward in question is supposed to be a digital copy of Madden 27 for PS5.
