You're right. It is in there. The new pre-snap cameras introduced this year are dynamic presentation features rather than a manual setting you can toggle on or off in the menus.

As detailed in the Presentation & Authenticity Deep Dive, they are designed to trigger automatically depending on your offense's field position—meaning they will show up dynamically during specific scenarios to match the tension of the play.

I know a few of you mentioned the Modular Cameras Setting from CFB 27, which gives you full manual control over those angles. While Madden's new pre-snap angles are currently automated broadcast elements, I hear you on wanting these as standard, playable camera options that you can manually select across modes like Play Now or Franchise.
