Audio completely broken

Completely meet PC requirements and the game's audio stutters/lags unbearably. Checked all settings, driver, etc.

The only thing that seems to smooth out the audio is changing my in-game resolution to below 1600x900 which is ridiculous.

Unplayable for me. If this isn't patched ASAP I'm gonna be needing my refund.

And no now that I pay attention, lowering my resolution doesn't even really fix it... EA what is going on here? Gonna reinstall, check power management stuff, drivers, all that jazz. I'll try to fix it myself but got a feeling a refund is going to be in order.
