Broken Formation!!

Don’t know how to get this to gain traction but my favorite formation out of the Seahawks playbook, Tight Flex Offset, randomly broke one day. Now whenever I try to use it Only 10 players come out on the field and my right side wife receiver is glitched inside of my tight end. Not only does it make it to where my tight end literally can’t run a route. If I try to throw it to the missing receiver by pressing his button(he’s invisible I’m just pressing the button of what he would be. The game completely crashes or desyncs. Anyone else have this problem?
