Buying this game for 20 yrs. Still can’t play it.

I’ve been pouring my money into this game constantly every year and I find time with a family to escape and play this game because I love football and I want to play the game, but there is constant bugs and nonstop issues. From players retiring early and just little bugs that require constant updates that aren’t ready until the game is discounted. Wasting my hard earned money on this game and even just played a year two franchise game and the game just lagged and crashed wasting my only time to play and didn’t even save any progress. I just spent five hours on this game off-season just to play one game and it crashed at the end of the game. I have gone into roster updates in customized so many players and tried to download draft classes and just ended up customizing them myself because there’s no network for that. There’s no creativity. There’s no updates on equipment or uniforms. It’s just generic everything is generic. There’s no realism that they claim.  I’m never buying this game again I want to but seriously why would I have any reason to buy this game anymore?
