Can't get on Ultimate Team due to a team pass bug

i'm not able to select the free pass to get onto ultimate team. the only options i have is to purchase premium or press cancel. on PC

    Hi everyone, 

    We've made a change that should help if you've been getting stuck on a screen asking you to buy the Premium Team Pass when trying to log into MUT. 

    When you have the chance, please try logging back in and see if you can get into MUT. If you're still getting stuck at the same place, please let me know. 

    Thank you again for your patience while we've been working to get this fixed.

    Are we going to get a response or resolution. We paid extra to have 3 full days of early access. Now going on hour 4 that we are unable to play the game that we paid extra to have access. Not to mention the time limited events, challenges and rewards that are compromised.

    I am trying to play my ultimate team and it’s not letting me select a team unless I buy the team pass. I am not interested in buying the team pass and am just trying to log into ultimate team. I want to know if you guys can fix this problem because I did pay the extra to play early and I’ve done everything and beyond to try to get it. I’ve restarted my system which is a ps5 I’ve hard reset it to, to try. And nothing is helping to log into ultimate team

    Same but on XBOX
    Tried 
    - Clearing Cache
    - Force Closing and re launching game
    - System reboot by unplugging
    - re installing
