cant switch players randomly

i was in a game & got stuck on my linebacker. no i wasnt player locked or position locked on purpose or accidently. i just was doing coaching adjustments(macros) & out of no where i got stuck on my player & for the ENTIRE GAME!!!! couldnt switch at all, couldnt green, on offense i could control qb & throw but not use catching meter. could run & all that but on defense i couldnt switch players unless theg automatically picked the ball or picked up a fumble. idk why this happened but i was up 2 tds & lost because of this. this game & its famn bugs, this **bleep** is exhausting bro. its bad enough theres all these other glitches & bs going on & now more bs. please find a fix, i cant keep dealing with this. i dont know the cause, i literally tried everything & after the game it was the same in practice mode. only after i reatarted the application did it fix, like i cant make this dumb **bleep** up bro. this is my 1st year back on madden after years of not playing cuz of bs like this. spend all this money on mut & the game(cuz i like it & am a fan) & i just get fxcked by bad development. its already bad enough ya rob us with the insane prices on packs in mut, but ya cant even make a game with 0 bugs or have an update like the one today & not break something. & to top it off, before this my entire game crashed in the middle of an event game & gave me my 2nd loss & now i have to restart the event, like wtf bro
