Crashing on the loading screen

Ever since the title update on Sept. 16, I have rarely been able to load into online league games or friendly H2H matches. It will either load me into the game and then hit me with "The connection to your peer has been lost" or crash on the loading screen itself (which itself loads for like 2 minutes) then kick me out back to the lobby. I've been able to play regular H2H matches just fine, but no online league games for whatever reason. 

I have found that uninstalling and reinstalling will sometimes fix the issue, but only for one game, and then it goes back to crashing in the same manner. Does anybody else have this issue cause the games getting unplayable at this point
