Ranked wins getting no points/server issues or dc glitching

I just played two extremely close Ranked H2H games, and both opponents quit. In both games, I received 0 Ranking Points despite earning the wins. Both opponents were around my rank, so I should have received roughly 20–30 RP per win.

I’m currently right outside the Top 100, so every single game and every RP matters. Losing out on 40–60+ points because the game isn’t properly registering wins is a huge disadvantage.

On top of that, over the weekend I played a lot of games and had roughly 6–8 games affected by disconnect/desync glitches or Madden server issues, resulting in losses that were completely outside of my control. I’m not sure if this has already been reported, but I wanted to bring it to your attention because this is making it extremely difficult to compete for Top 100.

I work full time, so I don’t have unlimited time to play and make up for losses caused by server issues or glitches. I’m putting a lot of time into Ranked H2H and it’s incredibly frustrating to feel like that time is being wasted because games aren’t registering correctly.

Could you please look into my account/game history and see if the missing Ranking Points and the disconnect-related losses can be investigated or corrected? I’d really appreciate it. I just want my ranking to accurately reflect the games I actually played and won.

Additionally feedback would be player audit/server audit or individual game audits. That OR changing the top 100 to top 200 or something similar. Thanks for reading
