Day 5 of no online capability

Ever since the update, I have not been able to connect and play through a H2H matchup. I've created previous posts, and yet, here we are.

Nothing done- and radio silence from EA Support. If it stays like this for another 5 days, I'll probably just try refunding

I had this issue, I would attempt to either uninstall/reinstall the game entirely or uninstall/reinstall the anti cheat. The anti cheat was causing me to crash out of every game but when I reinstalled it everything seemed to work fine for me, so there's an issue with the anticheat but that's expected.
