EA PLAY TRIAL Error

I have purchased the ea plus membership awhile back to get cfb 27 and madden 27 early with all the packs. All was fine until recently when I play each ultimate team game or franchise game it keeps telling me to sign into the account who purchased it (which is the account I’m on the only account I have) so I’m having to sign out of my profile and sign back in after every game.
