H2H load crash

After the October 5th or 6th update I have not been able to play a H2H game online due to the game crashing in the load screen, sending me back to the Xbox home screen.  I have done all the clear cache, hard resetting, modem rebooting a person can do to no avail.  I can play other modes online though, problem is I don’t like the other modes making this game useless to me.  Come on EA it’s been almost a week that you’ve been aware of this issue yet no fix.  Multiple tickets have been turned by me and other users as far as to the forums I’ve checked.  Pathetic execution of update follow up.

    Well the latest update did not fix the issues of crashing.  EA is really pathetic when it comes to fixing something that is affecting lots of gamers.   I have a digital copy of the game.  Can EA not just reissue a new certificate of ownership so I can try downloading a fresh version of the game?  I’m probably wrong but it seems that if I download the same game under the same certificate of ownership it will still have the same corrupted file.  Come on EA let’s get creative

    having the exact same issue. Can't play the game at all in any online modes but other games like eafc 27 work perfectly fine.
