H2H matchmaking pc

every time I try to play h2h on any game mode, the other player will connect then the linups will display and I will lose connection to the game. this has been going on for weeks. I have updated all drivers, redownloaded anti cheat and tried everything but have been unsuccessful. this is pc, the rest of the game is playable but I primarily play h2h so this is frustrating

connectivity
crashing
multiplayer
pc
steam

Same is happening to me on console but not my brothers. Not sure what’s happening or why but it’s so annoying getting constant losses online because of it.
