Madden 27 still crashing on series x

Third year in a row where both Madden and CFB constantly crash on my Series X and it has never been this bad. All I do is play H2H with my buddy on Madden. We just tried playing three games in Madden and it crashed in the 1st quarter in all three (2 of the 3 were the very first play). I can't remember when the last time I was able to play a full game of Madden. These are the only games that crash on my Xbox. I feel like I have tried everything. The thing is that I really enjoy both games, but if nothing is fixed I am going to request a refund. If anyone one has any tips on how to fix this, I would appreciate it.
