I am unable to use the Sunday ticket I got emailed

When I tried to redeem my code, it says the code is invalid. I chatted with both Youtube and ES sports chats, both have said to reach out to each other for the issue and just giving people the runaround. They are willing to lose money because two billion dollar companies are too cheap to issue a new code.
