I don’t have madden 27 even though I preordered it

I preordered both cfb27 and madden 27 abt 1-2 weeks ago and I got college football 27 but not Madden 27 Idk why this is happening please help me EA

    Todays release is only for MVP+ owners. That version had to be bought prior to CFB releasing. The deluxe edition for Madden releases on the 10th.

Purchased the mvp bundle with cfb and madden so I get access on the 10th but did EA just steal my $1.20? I purchased ea play so I can do the trial on the 6th but when I launch the game it says "thanks for playing, you need an account with ea play to access the trial, purchase ea play and try again." I have the ea play banner and everything. I definitely paid for it. Anbody else having this issue or know a fix?
