PC Severe white flashing/flickering stadium geometry in M27 RTX 5060 Laptop GPU

Platform: PC – Steam
Laptop: Alienware 15 DA15265
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU, 8 GB
Integrated GPU: AMD Radeon 780M
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 260
RAM: 32 GB
Display: 1920x1200, 165 Hz
Operating System: Windows 11

Issue:

I am experiencing severe white flashing/flickering graphical artifacts during gameplay. Large portions of stadium walls and other stadium geometry intermittently flash bright white. The game remains playable and the frame rate remains stable, but the flashing is severe enough to make the visuals extremely distracting.

The issue occurs in every stadium I have tested.

I can reproduce the same graphical problem in both Madden NFL 27 and College Football 27 on this PC.

Madden NFL 26 does not have this problem on the exact same computer. My other PC games also run normally without graphical artifacts.

Troubleshooting already completed:

Tested Madden 27 completely vanilla with no Frosty mods active.

Verified Madden 27 files through Steam.

Completely uninstalled Madden 27 and deleted remaining Madden 27 configuration/cache folders.

Reinstalled Madden 27 from scratch and allowed the game to completely recompile shaders.

Cleared the Windows DirectX shader cache.

Updated the AMD Radeon 780M graphics driver.

Tested NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 610.88.

Performed a clean rollback to NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 610.74.

The issue occurs on both NVIDIA driver versions.

Explicitly assigned Madden 27 to the RTX 5060 through Windows Graphics Settings.

Tested Fullscreen and Borderless modes.

Tested 1920x1200 and 1920x1080 resolutions.

Tested V-Sync on/off and NVIDIA driver-level V-Sync.

Tested multiple graphics quality settings.

Tested Ambient Occlusion Screen Space and Ground Truth modes.

Tested Ambient Occlusion Quality at different settings, including OFF.

Tested Bloom, Lens Flares, Motion Blur, and other post-processing settings off.

Tested multiple teams and stadiums.

Madden NFL 26 runs normally on the same PC.

Other games run normally on the same PC.

College Football 27 reproduces the same white flashing/flickering behavior.

Additional information:

GPU VRAM usage remains well below the RTX 5060's 8 GB capacity and performance remains stable while the graphical corruption occurs.

Because Madden NFL 26 and my other games run correctly, while both Madden NFL 27 and College Football 27 exhibit the same visual corruption, this appears to potentially be related to the rendering implementation shared by the 2027 EA football titles on this hardware configuration.

I can provide a DxDiag report and video showing the issue occurring during gameplay.

Please let me know if additional logs, configuration files, or diagnostic information would help identify the problem.
