I don’t have madden 27 even though I preordered it

I preordered both cfb27 and madden 27 abt 1-2 weeks ago and I got college football 27 but not Madden 27 Idk why this is happening please help me EA

    Todays release is only for MVP+ owners. That version had to be bought prior to CFB releasing. The deluxe edition for Madden releases on the 10th.

I bought the MVP bundle which comes with madden 27 deluxe edition and CFB 27 deluxe edition and everything was fine for CFB but for Madden I remind you that I did buy the deluxe edition it didn’t give me my madden points 

I am on PlayStation 5
