When do you people plan on addressing this issue? This should be the #1 priority right now. Half of your player base can't even connect to your game. WTF are you guys actually doing? You gladly took our money but gave us some BS that doesn't even work. You people absolutely need to do better.
I have pretty much the same problem, mine allows me to do everything but play..i can connect to the other guys in my franchise but then I hit the dreaded blueflag splash screen for what seems like an eternity and then we finally get to the game intro screen and right before I can call my opening kickoff play i lose connection.. same place everytime! I tried everthing, Ive setup the ATT fiber gateway IP forwarding, have setup my computer with a static IP, allowed the anticheat, the app and the game through the windows firewall.. totally unistalled everything even the leftover files, clean reinstalled everything, tried running the 3 programs as administrator.. It got so bad I even formatted the hdd and reinstalled windows 11... still does the same thing!!! i'm so frustrated.
