UPDATE: Additional Testing Confirms Level 4-Specific Failure

Mode: MUT → MF: Trick or Treat CPU Events
Original incident — October 22, 2026, approximately 1:30 PM ET
- Selected “Lv4 FINAL: ABYSSAL PARKWAY #1988.”
- Game prompted me for the Lv4 key.
- Selected the Lv4 key.
- The game crashed while loading, during EA’s scheduled update.
Current behavior:
- The Level 4 event shows “Started” but not “Cleared.”
- Every attempt to launch “Lv4 FINAL: ABYSSAL PARKWAY #1988” produces the error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”
- The game no longer prompts me for the Lv4 key.
- All other MUT content, including online play, challenges, and other Trick or Treat levels, works normally.
Additional troubleshooting performed:
- Purchased a new “Most Feared Level 1 Trick or Treat Event Key” from the Candy Store.
- Received “#900 Murkwater Crossing Key.”
- Launched “Lv1: Murkwater Crossing #900” successfully using that key.
- Completed all three required Level 1 games and received the Level 2 key, “70 Catacomb Circle.”
- Successfully launched “Lv2: Catacomb Circle #70” using the Level 2 key.
- Continued progressing through the event and obtained another Level 4 key.
- Despite obtaining another Level 4 key, “Lv4 FINAL: ABYSSAL PARKWAY #1988” remains inaccessible and continues returning the same server error.
Conclusion / Request:
The issue appears isolated to the Level 4 event and began immediately after the game crashed while consuming the original Level 4 key.
Replaying earlier levels and obtaining another Level 4 key did not resolve it.
Please investigate whether the original crash left an incomplete or stuck Level 4 event session associated with my account.
I am requesting that EA investigate whether this session can be repaired or reset without losing my existing progression.
This is a limited-time event, and the issue is preventing me from completing it and obtaining the associated rewards.
