Community ManagerSince you have already tried some troubleshooting steps, could you generate a Dxdiag report and post it here? There is error reporting and diagnostic info in that file that will help us to troubleshoot with you.

I've attached the file, I hope I did that right, unsure if I could do that at any time or if i needed to be running madden/post freeze madden. I just did it the first time restarting my machine.

Thanks for the file. Some troubleshooting for you...
1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run the following commands to resolve update connection error 8024402c:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew2. Open Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections, right-click your active connection, choose Properties, double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and set DNS servers to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1).
3. Open RPCS3, right-click your game title, select "Remove" > "Remove All Caches" (or clear the shaders folder in your RPCS3 directory) to eliminate corrupted precompiled Vulkan shaders causing 0xc0000005 crashes.
