Madden 27, Non-Stop CRASHING

This game was working fine and then some how the crashing began.   Endless crash to desk top with zero error messages or warning.    Happens most often in MUT menus, Challenges etc.   If i start an actual game I can usually make it through without the crash.    I have tried EVERYTHING.   I've followed detailed AI troubleshooting walk throughs, scoured these forums,  I've followed reddit tips/tricks,  youtube vid tips/tricks,  updated everything, cleared caches, uninstalled/reinstalled etc etc etc    I've got some tech background and Ive tried everything imaginable.     Then to my absolute shock,  there is no one to talk to in a company as big as EA!?  No tech support tickets, no phone calls, nothing!     I need help...  Madden 27 is the only game I'm paying an EA Play  subscription for and I'm going to cancel if this isn't fixed soon.

Who do I sent a dxdiag too?  Who can I talk to figure out what the hell Im missing?

Random crashes in MUT menus...    Still not help from anyone 30 days after the problem began.

Today the game won't even load.  It was freshly installed and worked earlier but now it won't even load.   It has tried to repair itself twice and crashed at 80% both time and then it has UNINSTALLED itself twice without my consent!!!  WHAT is happening to this game?
