I’ve been playing superstar and noticed after I play a game and return to the menu, it tends to freeze up until I push a few buttons. Then sometimes after it goes back to the player hub I can’t move anything on the menu so I have to close the app and restart it. Kind of similar to the CFB RTG bug

Same here on PC.
It seems like progression in the Superstar Pass and GOAT modes causes the game to freeze completely... it’s absolutely unbearable; it happens in every single match.

To help resolve this frustrating bug—especially for a release—here is what I’ve found:
It appears that, just like with CFB 27, you have to force-quit the game to restart the session after getting stuck on the Superstar Pass screen.
When you relaunch the game and restart Superstar mode, the screen loads the "Goat" rewards—but only at that specific moment.
It seems likely that the transition between the Superstar Pass and the Goat rewards isn't happening correctly, causing Superstar mode to freeze.
That certainly seems to be the case, given that the game freezes only at that point.
Also, when restarting after a freeze, the character sometimes moves erratically—almost like a seizure or fast-forward motion—within the Superstar menu for about 10 seconds, yet the menus remain unresponsive; the game is effectively locked up. The Goat rewards fail to display or load.
However, if you kill the process/game and launch it again, the Goat rewards load, and the game unsticks.
In short, the Goat feature is causing the problem.
