Missing team pass

I purchased deluxe edition to play early access. When I first launched the game I purchased a team pass right away it said 40 day or something like this and I got the player card background for level one. I closed the game for w.e reason and when I logged in the pass now said 3 days remain and that I had to buy. Now early access over that small pass is gone and I have to purchase the new pass again. It's like I had unintended access to season 1 pass or zero if there was one while in early access and should have been the early access pass which I did not buy because the first thing disappeared. I have submitted a ticket for missing deluxe content as this is really the only option. In support asked for details and upload then does not create ticket and directs to missing content tool where I was able to sub a ticket for that
