At 1:21 PM I made a purchase for 1,050 Madden points and my card declined and went through at the same time all in one purchase and I wasn’t credited the madden points I paid for. It took the money out of my account and I didn’t receive the in game credits.

Depending on the card, if you're seeing a charge despite also getting a notification that the order declined that could just be an authorization hold. Typically that should update within 24 hours, but if you're still missing those points after that point and the order shows it's complete, please get in touch with support directly.
