Mut premium pass glitch

I bought the premium pass on mut it took my madden cash I used to purchase it. It’s not giving me the premium packs,  it’s saying I must purchase the pass ( but I already did and I don’t want to purchase it twice)  is there anyone who is having this same issue? Or anyone who can fix it ?
