Online Franchise Crashing

I've played through 2 years of a franchise with my friend. Suddenly whenever I try to play any game, it now crashes as soon as a play is picked. I can’t even do the opening kickoff. I even deleted the game and re-downloaded it. I tried deleting the save data and starting fresh, but no matter what I still can't play, I've been advancing by simming my games. My friend hasn't had any issues playing his. Please help.
