Online uniforms

I have  been  playing  madden for  as long as ps has been  out and I don't understand why  I can't change  uniforms  online.  It's October and  it hasn't been  fixed.  Before  you  release  a game  everything  should be  working  give it a  week.  I'm so unhappy with  this  can you  please  fix this ASAP  or a refund
