Superstar mode

This issue has been tormenting me and my friends since the Sep 16th update. All we want to do is play this game mode and its unplayable for nearly a month now. On top of everything its been too long to get a refund for this game. It seems almost criminal to me that they are allowed to completely stop servicing a game mode in one of the first few seasons. EA seems to be completly silent on the issue too. I cant find anywhere that they have acknowledged this issue which leads me to believe they have no intention of ever fixing this. $100 for a game where 1/3 of the game modes dont work. 

I have been trying to play Superstar Ranked 3v3 and Game Time 3v3 and I am unable to get passed the blue loading screen. This has been an ongoing issue, I love this mode and think it’s great for the game, especially since it is a good way to play with your friends without having to invest a large amount of time or money to enjoy playing with your friends now that KO has been removed. However, it is unacceptable that this issue has been unresolved, especially after I’ve spent so much time and money investing into making my created player the best WR build ever for H2H. I’d love to stream and bring this mode popularity it deserves, but I can’t even setup a stream schedule due to this infinite loading screen, then being kicked out to the superstar menu. It’s bad enough I can’t play duos outside of ranked anymore, there should be a co-op H2H mode in Madden and CFB27. Not everyone likes MUT and CUT, I used too, until so many players migrated to it and it became more monetized based with new packs and players coming out more than once or twice a week. And I just get tired of the overpowered teams, it’s fun to just ball out with your boys in a chill format. Anyways it would be greatly appreciated by myself and the rest of this community if we could get these desync and error codes resolved so we can all play the game modes we love and enjoy outside of the other modes like H2H and MUT. At least just let us know that you are aware of the issue and are working on a solution to keep it from happening. If these errors continue to occur, and if a non MUT/CUT 2v2/3v3 mode is added to the next game I cannot say with confidence I will purchase another EA football game for the 12th consecutive year. And I will recommend my large following not to purchase another one either until something is done. We will not be strong armed into playing only CUT/MUT or 1v1 H2H. Otherwise just don’t add anything else to the game and make our decisions easy on not purchasing the next one. Please fix the desync errors and add a non MUT/CUT 2v2 3v3 to the next game, I want to purchase the game, I still love the games, but if I can’t play the modes I want what is the point of spending 100+ dollars on a game that doesn’t work properly?
